You can Journal your trades and you can also journal your day. You can view/edit your daily journal from the Calendar or the Day Overview. The day journal is where you will enter your notes about the day - both the start of the day and the end of the day.
The functionality of the Day Journal is the same as the Trade Journal - in terms of formatting, using hashtags, embedding, voice dictation etc.
